We are going to post something about camping in Croatia in the next few days so stay tuned for that but in the meantime a few quick notes to help you out. We travelled to the island of Dugi Otok from Zadar where there are no campgrounds but there are some good camping spots. On Pag Island we found the campsites to pricy so again free camped but on the mainland opposite Pag was a very good small family campsite called I think camp Zoma. On your list of options we didnt go any futher North than Pag sorry so Im not sure of these.

I just stumbled across your blog entry searching the web for an ideal place to camp for 3-4 days on the mid-northern range of the Croatian coast.
I was looking at Pag, Krk and neighbouring islands – would you happen to have a word of advice? Where should one best go? Which would you say is the most beautiful campsite?
