Trial By Rain

At least our first day was sunny ,as we wobbled off on our heavily laden bikes with waves from Andi and Mark. Cat and Graham accompanied us as an honour guard to Richmond Park with Graham acting as our own personal paparazzi. From Richmond we detoured to Bushy Park for tea and biscuits with Julie and Will. Then with the sun still shining and our heads filled with farewells we cycled towards Liphook our rough half way point between London and Southampton. – Posted by Justin

London chores, friends & food

Over the past few months of so called winter in Istanbul we have been weighing up the pros and cons of a trip back to the UK. On one hand we get the chance to pick up some hard to find kit, catch up with old friends and indulge in food and drink while on the other hand didn’t we just spend six months cycling from London to Istanbul?
